I do not do early,

If I did I would be eventually squirrelly,

Insanity would make my hair curly,

Most of the time as well I would be quite surly…

No early mornings for this old man,

Slept in quite late since life for me began,

No way to drag me out of bed though try you can,

I wonder if this is the case with all of my clan…?

If no light is to be seen,

My eyes won’t open as per my routine,

Don’t look for the light of day till noon,

If forced to though I can be quite again the surly goon…
