Seems I have been of late inundated with thoughts of this man...I could think of worse people I am sure...

Poem Artwork

Mark and I had a dream state conversation,

We did so while waiting at a train station,

He did pass on little tidbits of advice,

Seems even in death we do suffer from constipation…

Passed through my dreams of late,

Says he never could stay behind heavens gate,

To wander through poets and writers dream state,

That was his life-long ambition,

Now it is his death-long fate…

To meet the man who did write of such wonders,

After I have written of such life-long blunders,

He related that little of what we write does of our life a difference make,

As far as I was concerned I gave him applause loud as storms of thunder…

Never mind these people and their wonders, Ed. People like us are here because we make a difference! Or set a bad example at least.

A fitting tribute to a great author, but if I start having conversations with my idols of the past I'm going to have my meds adjusted.:)

Can't complain about his logic. After all, he was the most logical of them all. More or less. Maybe. I guess. Wasn't her?

I truly envy your relationship with Mr. Clemens, my friend. And I just watched a movie in which he did come back from the dead to boldly sail on a ship to a very mysterious island. I'll have to watch that again to see if I spot you on that ship.
