I helped Dad work tonight...by Rufuz

Tonight dad and I went to work,

Fortunately for her she was not there,

That is to say his boss the jerk,

For if she was I would have bitten her so hard,

Her dead mother would have said ouch,

This I surely guarantee for and vouch…J

I helped dad pack his truck,

Leaving room for me & my water bowl,

Still though between two boxes while driving I got stuck,

What can ya do, it is a hazard of working, though it does suck…J

Dad gave me some of his working junk food,

Not as good I guess as my Kibbles n’ Bits,

Still better though than when dad stays home and gets stewed,

Won’t go any further herein as it might be considered rude…J

So Dad says he will share with me his paycheck,

I don’t mind either way, as being with him is so much fun,

We did, besides the ride in, a one hundred & sixty eight mile trek,

We had the windows open while light out it still was,

The temps were in the low eighties while driving, so what the heck…J

Sweet! Even if it was for work, there is nothing quite as enjoyable as a beautiful ride on a spring day. Happy Easter, Rufuz..and to your dad too.
Take care,
Sherry

You need to send your Dad's boss some loving telepathic messages... maybe she will just come round...
No harm in trying !

Rufuz,

Adorable, but I wouldn't bite Daddy's boss...it could very possibly "end" up (pun intended) biting him back, with his getting canned. Then what would he do?

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

Have a blessed Easter.

You are a good doggie, Rufuz, helping your daddy like that. Good boy! Happy Easter; don't eat too many Easter Eggs (not to mention, peeps or chocolate bunnies! LOL)!

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :D

You're very good Rufuz, and your dad isn't so bad he didn't want to leave you alone all that time he was gone. You should have stayed home with me and watched King Kong.I wouldn't have been so tense if you were here.;-)Happy Easter, you guys!
