Late, I’m late, I’m always running late…

I go to bed too late,

The next day I tire easily, my fate,

If I do get to heavens gate,

Will I then be late as well,

Will the keeper of the gate, wait…?

Most of the time to myself I berate,

I would rather relax and stay sedate,

Instead I am always rushing, of affairs what a state,

Seems I did learn this from my loving soul mate…

After my morning shower I feel great,

As the day wears on that feeling does abate,

Perhaps though it is just the heat and my being overweight,

I could be sold at auction as a complete estate…J

I could be sold at auction as a complete estate…

What's the opening bid? I could probably use a motor home, and, of course, I'd take good old Rufuz. Got any cookies??!!
