Now how can I get even for getting me all stressed...;)

Why do I have to go through this every so often,

I am a dog of great talent and breeding,

Just cause I have to get dad to do my reading,

Doesn’t mean through a dog wash I have to go to get my fur softened…

 

Twice through the summer,

I have to put up with this, what a bummer,

Daddy seems almost to get a laugh,

At my expense, bet he would not do it if I were a giraffe…



He just kinda drops me off,

To be pampered or so he says,

There I suffer through a bath,

A blow dry with a high speed fan,

Then they put a muzzle on me,

And clip off my nails, daddy doesn’t know it,

But he is incurring my wrath,

And my memory is like an elephant,

Just wait till I get him on that wooded path…
