Nothing alive can come in my yard,

Here does live a talented bard,

I growl or bark as the situation does itself present,

I live here with my daddy, my job I know is to my place guard…

I race from front to back,

To show I mean business, therein I don’t lack,

Daddy thinks I sleep all day,

But of my job I know, I definitely don’t off slack…

Even if you are my friend,

I will if you enter bite you on the end,

I am here to tell you, my job I do know,

On me this important job, my dad he did bestow…J

But, Rufuz...you are much too handsome of a fellow to be bittin' us on the end...or the beginning! Yes, you certainly are a fine and trustworthy lad, you are...

And those are the fragments of victims' bones on the beach to affirm his loyalty to the job!
And he looks so charming too.

What a splendid guard dog you are...
Keep barking at the first sign of intruders..
And watch out for little brother coming round looking to pinch your
American cream cookies...:)

Love the pic of you Rufus!
You remind me of my little Blackie...always guarding the yard and barking at anyone or anything that comes near. He's a treasure and so are you! Take care of your Daddy!:)
