My kind of wind is predicted, A wind totally unrestricted, One that cannot be contradicted, As well it is not in any way constricted� Should we worry per the weather department, We have been through much worse in our little compartment, Granted we don�t live in what is called an apartment, Better tonight though here than living in a tent� A wind warning or watch is almost upon us, No reason to make a big fuss, Doubt it could roll my twenty-five thousand pound bus, Everything else is tied down, nothing to away fly, The kind of wind I do love the most, Why of course the wind that is predicted to be HIGH�J � ed J 10/27/06

We had the wind the other day; it gusted up past forty miles an hour at times! Thank God we didn't lose power, but it sure was a blowin' and a goin' out there! Very well done, Ed; enjoyed this one emmensely!

I almost hesitated to open your poem, knowing what kind of wind you usually write about..............windy there too, eh? Should have been here yesterday, WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, it was pushing me nearly 180 pounds all over the where! Hang on, it's coming your way (I promise the StormSpinner didn't spin it up for your entertainment. Hmmmmmmmm. Well, maybe, then again *heehee*). Just make sure you don't let go of Rufuz!

ayes it is and not only NJ we have the Santa ana and those fires are a real menace with the high winds. Fires not in my area, but the wind yesterday made the ground a carpet of fall leaves. Good one ed&ruf...et
