Suffice to say, today has been a KILLER driving day, both of traffic and terrible weather...e

You know it when, Your heart palpitates, Breathing is rough, You are in an awful state, That is time for rush hour ZEN� Relax your breathing, Stop of the other drivers seething, Remember back to a better time in mommy�s arms, Rested & happy, even a time when you were teething� ZEN does make you with the self, one, ZEN does in traffic make you enjoy the sun, ZEN does as well restrict pain, awake you stay on the run, ZEN does not allow you to pull out that gun, ZEN does help you to have the compassion of a nun� �Find ZEN� � ed J 11/22/06
