Poem Artwork

Last night was fifty,

The night before sixty,

Tonight there is frost on my glasses,

Now the blood in my veins runs like molasses…

How little my brain does actually anyway work,

So who turned down the heat, who was the jerk,

Better not have been that guy from the north woods,

If it is I will call Fed Ex and have returned all my Christmas goods…

At least I got Rufuz to keep me warm,

Keep that snow out in the west, we don’t need that storm,

Can’t be poetizing when I am listening to music,

So I will end here and hope I created a grin on the other end,

Never would I want to of any of you offend…J

Can't stand the heat?I thought you liked the cold?

Maybe a trip down south won't be so bad after all... :)

'Twart me that messed with your heat, I promise, Ed. Sure glad you have Ruf to keep you warm. Crazy...CRAZY weather; here it is Winter, and this eve we had tornadoes poppin' up from the South...from the SOUTH??!!
Tornadoes don't come from the South...and NOT in Winter!

Stay warm...

I told you not to pick on the people of Colorado; they all turned on giant fans and blew their storm to your doorstep. We have quite a bit of snow here today, also, much more than we usually have and it is still snowing. It is dry powder, though, so once the sun comes out it will be gone. I bet this storm is headed to New Jersey also, but I bet it won't be dry powder by the time it gets there. Warm wishes for the New Year, Ed
Take care,
Sherry
