The cold is here, but where is the snow,

I look forward to it to make puppy angels,

I know daddy will have a rough day driving slow,

Better though that than out of the northeast a big blow…

We had some snow last year,

But my memory fades of it I fear,

Maybe now that I have reached my seventh year,

I am getting too old to remember things too clear…

So if you live in the south,

Instead of complaining with a big mouth,

Send that snow up north to New Jersey please,

It will kill, if they are on me at all, the fleas…J
