They make noise, Are willing to fix toys, To watch play the boys, Brings neighbors absolute joy… They play in the snow, Lying in the front yard, Going with the flow, Realizing they are there is all we know… We feed them so with them we are stuck, In the summer months we have visiting duck, In the fall, we seem to get every horny buck, Now look who we got, just our luck… © ed J 4/10/07

Once, outside Longyearbye, Svalbard, Norway one of those big teddy-bears kept following us until we run towards him scraming our lungs off. Thinking we were a bunch of loonis he retreated like supper was waiting for him over there a zillion miles away.
We, run like hell back to base, just in case.
