ED & the Pot Fairy...

He or maybe it’s a she,

Sneaks in during the wee morning hours,

Leaves only not a whole ounce, only 10 grams,

Removes the seeds, didn’t want to grow it,

In a plastic baggy its left on the computer,

Sorry about the weight, this isn’t a fairy scam..

As the story goes this fairy is pretty scary,

All bald on the top of its head,

No matter the early hour,

A bottle of grog he has to himself fed..

Anyway I digress,

He is as well a creature of prowess,

He also claims some notoriety,

And wants this poem to be copy-writed,

Oh my god, forget this shit, I am outahere,

I will now announce my sobriety,

And prove to the world of my piety..

Wow! Have you gone to seed yet!!!

Love the wit here. Reminds me of the 70's and I wish they'd return.
Love,
Susan

You mean I can finally stop pretending to be The Pot Fairy??!! But Rufuz pays me so well. Ask him if he can please keep sending the checks anyway - I've really gotten used to them, they help feed my critters. But Good Luck in Sobriety, Bro!

I will now announce my sobriety,
And prove to the world of my piety..
I got it all down now. . .and I'm holding you to this!
I don't even want to see you writing in green, let alone puffin' it!
Love and Peace~

Oh, pot fairy, can you truly get me into print?
I want to be copy-righted and copy-writed.
Or, is this another of your pious stints?
Me, I'll not give up my sobriety!

Love the flair and unspoken admonition in this delightful poem.

Kathy
