Wouldn't ya just know it...?

Only twice a year do I clean my Jeep,
The tires, the wheels, the interior I do keep,
Eveytime I seem to do so,
Attracts the rain or the snow...

Poem Artwork

Did clean my Jeep today,

Inside and out, waxed and shiny,

Tires are nice as is the trim,

Now tonight & tomorrow are going to be wet & gray…

Rain predicted all through the night,

Heavy green swaths of wet weather,

On the local maps, heading this way,

Hopefully maybe it might stop by tomorrows light…

Does God and ole Mom Nature keep track,

Of how often my Jeep does get detailed,

If that does be the case, maybe a garage I do need,

Or maybe next to the camper I need to build an old shack…

I think it's like Daylight Savings Time...everytime we add or subtract an hour...nature makes it more difficult to adapt.

Give me the clean Jeep.
I'll give you a dirty BMW and Towncar.
They're making me look like
I'm living in a shack.

Oh Course it does, I know this to be true...I detailed cars n caravans once for a living, and I gotta tell yah...you get through right to the last, and down comes the rain. I said what do I do now, to the Jubliant response, "well you get aquainted with the first car again" BLEH!!
It will keep you outa mischief ED, haha, Ruffie will help.

ED...

Assuming your premise has such strong validity, t'would seem that maybe your RITUAL might be more powerful than a RAIN DANCE, right?

ERGO, you and Rufus need to take a long drive in your JEEP to Southern California - then WASH IT EVERY DAY FOR ABOUT A MONTH! FOREST FIRE PROBLEM SOLVED!

AND... while you're OUT THERE... us Easterners would CATCH A BREAK!

Of course, after you return, there might be hell to pay with MOTHER NATURE...

BUT --- you can handle it, you BIG LUG! J-PAL... Tom.

If it really and truly does either rain or snow when you detail your jeep, then perhaps you could sell this weather wonder to areas that need moisture - like ... the desert. lol

Glad you took the time to clean it up!

Ed,

Beautiful Jeep. :) Is that Rufuz peeking out the passenger side window? :)

Don't you know not to wash the Jeep when rain's predicted: guaranteed to come a cloudburst!

Well penned frustration.

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
