While Under the Influence...

That’s right, its me again, gettin’ a buzz,


Glad not coming in the park is the fuzz,


Am I showing my age, I am old that’s cuz,


Takin’ a hit, my new Proto pipe, yes it does…


 


Its hell to smoke and write like less than a dope,


Oh my, head rush, remember those?


Damn I feel as if I am sliding down a slope without a rope…


 


Wish it was a few hundred years back,


When I was young, washing down acid with Jack,


Wash it all down with a beer, then a hit of hash,


Set we were through the winter with all that stash…J


           *Ah, for the good ole’ days*

Wow! I recall the TV commercial that said" That's why they call it dope". There were so many variations of warnings going on then.ost have tapered off with the legislation always coming closer and closer to make pot legal. If it weren't for the lobbyist for the liquor distributors...it would've been legal a long time ago.
