Stuffed Like the Proverbial Turkey…

Poem Artwork

Four platters full,

Pig, bird & bull,

Nary a vegetable,

Couldn’t pull away from the table…

Rufuz was as well quite spoiled,

Turkey & ham and pasta coiled,

No napkin for either of us,

My shirt did definitely get soiled…

Upside down cake & homemade pies,

Telling you herein no lies,

Can’t understand from whence came all the flies,

Bet all that food went directly to my thighs…

Don't give a ear to PeeWee, he's just jealous, but I am as well curious, did you wear pants?

Ed the Elder

PS: Mom says "don't forget to have clean underwear" and PeeWee told her you have none!

Right to the thighs alright but it was so good. Did you bake the pies? Yummy? I sure hope it was a terrific one as this adorable poem was. Love and hugs, Bonnie

WOW! Ma will be very proud of you, Bro. I'll never forget that you always came to the table naked when we were kids. "You've Come a Long Way, Baby!" as Ma is now proudly saying.

PS: Did you wear pants, too??!!
