Hmmm ... considering that almost all of what we today take for granted was science fiction not too many years ago ... terra-forming may not be too far into our future ... and you may get your wish for rain on the moon (they will probably never think to use terra-forming to correct our messes here at home). Wonder which will be a lunar first -- a huge Pepsi sign or a rainbow (I'm betting on the Pepsi sign)? Cool one, Ed :-)
