Hey, we finally gotz snow,

I’m lookin’ at it right now,

Supposedly only an inch or two,

Before it changes to rain,

But for now we gotz snow,

I’m lookin’ forward to playin’ that’s plain…

But gettin’ dad out of bed ain’t easy,

He hears the wind and says its too breezy,

I wanna go out, I wanna go out,

Please someone call him & get him up,

Before I start to feel altogether queasy…

Wait a minute, he’s startin’ to stir,

He’s movin’ about and rufflin’ his fur,

There go the blankets back on his side,

Oh boy, he’s stretchin’ oh so wide,

Okay he’s up, usin’ the water pot,

And now he’s gettin’ dressed,

I’m lookin’ forward to this walk alot…
