Ice storm tonight on rye; snow over the horizon on white…

Betcha the storm spinner to us this sent,

Wonder to mom Nature how much she spent,

For warmer weather I would have money lent,

Instead we got ice now & snow tomorrow night,

Hey storm spinner, get bent…LOL!

Oh what the hey, I could just get pickled,

High yes of course, though I’m not quite tickled,

But hide in my camper I am wont to do,

I’ve done it so much, even in doing so I am not so much blue…

If its going to snow, I wish it would just start,

Right through tonight and tomorrow and into Monday,

At least it would be quieter than rain & ice on the roof,

And you know who would love all that snow, yes Ruf…!

I wish we could have gotten at least a LITTLE of that snow! We are dry here, we haven't had hardly any rain here, and only two ice storms, and maybe two days of flurries! That's IT!! CRAZY!! Just be careful out dere!

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :(

Uh, Ed? I wouldn't tell the StormSpinner to "get bent." I didn't dood it. Promise. All I requested was some snow for you and Rufuz to enjoy, not ice on rye. Hmmmm. Will have to check in on my package-ers, see what mischief they're up to. And meanwhile, here in drought stricken Texas, we can't get any rain. Hmmmm. 'Tis a puzzlement.

Yes, I enjoyed this little write. Well done.

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
