Humor for a NON-humorous subject...

Poem Artwork

Is this all we need,

After passed on from the birds & bees,

Not to mention the little piglet,

They did give us of the flu their seed…

Hiding in our beds,

Covering with a mask our heads,

No longer can we even eat the pork bread,

Canned foods only instead…

Hibernating in my shoebox,

Little do I with others intermix,

Not that I am in anyway anti-social,

Just would prefer not to get sick…

Just being safe,

Getting sick would cause me chafe,

Leave me alone, best for this little waif,

Got some food & drink,

Don’t have to intermingle,

With the sickly people,

I know, I know, I just for the most part stink…

Well I have seen the worst and best of times but I will refuse to hide away, I won't take crazy chances but I would rather live free than chained to what the chabber box preaches but maybe I will buy some of those handi wipes that have the disinfectant built in...lol

Don't forget to get your stash in a dry place, and practice your prayers, according to one of our friends, it can be a most unpleasant affair, especially if you are not ready to go yet. I have a suspicion it's one of those biological experiments for warfare that has escaped again, but a gas mask didn't help even in 1917, if you have gas take a pill man. Be good man! Jasmin Horst
