I dislike spiders,
But when I’m sleeping,
I don’t know they are there,
Cuddling up next to me to keep warm,
Then biting me when I roll over ain’t of them fair…
They make me itch oh so much,
I ice the bite to make it easier to the touch,
But it takes several days to get shed of their venom,
To bed & to avoid getting bit, I should just wear denim…
Over time I’ve killed a few,
Though the next time I make them pay,
Better to drop them in my sewer tank,
And watch them flush down and away…

I have and always will be horrified of spiders. They terrify me! If I sleep with them I hope I never know. I'd never go to bed again!
Blessings my friend,

I don’t know they are there
They are there, and everywhere, brother, so you best be nice to them - we need spiders for many things. And this should freak you out and get you itchin real good - for our entire lives, we are usually within seven inches of some type of spider lurking about - most of the time, we don't even know they're there - but they are!
Great poem, I enjoyed
