In memory of your past serving, You never did any swerving, You stayed the course, Of medals you were deserving… Semper fi, Good old American apple pie, Never did you of your oath defy, To all services you were & are a loyal ally… You did fight most bravely, Loyal again to your oath, Through your time in you treated gravely, You do treat your brothers well, yes, us both… © ed ~ 5/30/10

For once America should stop and really, sincerely, honor the soldiers that is is so easy to forget when worried about house foreclosure and the next meal for the family.
My heart warms up when a brother offer a moment of his life.
Thanks, little brother, and you too have a peaceful Memorial Day.
