Christmas comes every year,

So little children have no fear,

Santa is just a year away, so near,

But would we appreciate it more, what if…

What if we had Christmas every five or even ten years,

Would that create in children’s eyes too many tears,

The New Year would still come upon us every twelve months,

But no Christmas just a week before, too bad,

Then credit cards & bills would not often be in arrears…

I’m sure stores would find this upsetting,

Not toys and gifts would anybody be getting,

I think most folks would like this better,

No worries of Christmas yearly & no after season sweating…
