Yes, oh so wonderful, its finally spring,

A few flowers are blooming, let the birds sing,

But, damn it, can it not be spring in temperatures too,

Instead of rain, snow and cold, out could go winter,

And in should we hear the spring bell ring…

I am still running my heater,

My propane is being used up,

It may not be freezing, but its damn close,

I may have to send a prayer up to St. Peter…

God is always so darn busy,

He has so many prayers to answer,

He runs around in a tizzy,

Just once I would appreciate an answer to MY prayer,

Before I start to really feel complete & total despair,

So should I just say with regards God, oh where, oh where,

Is He & his miracles regards spring weather, only I think, fair…
