Occasionally together they get,
To sit around on pilings and talk,
Sometimes on the beach too they walk,
Listen closely, there’s more to hear than just squawk…
Perhaps they talk about the weather,
Or about politics, man or the price of a lost feather,
But talk they do, when they all do get together…
Sometimes the old hens do gossip,
Once in awhile you might even hear a quip,
Then all those old hens do loudly cackle,
They laugh out loud when they watch humans,
They especially find it funny to watch them skinny dip…J

EWE DUN GUD WIT DIS ONE! Several years ago, t'was on the beach down there . Sea Isle City ... went to stand on road - got 2 hotdogs for niece Connie (yew met her) - we were on blanket watchin' her grankids, then WHOOSH ! just as she went to take the very 1st bite ... Jonothan Livingston Seagull SWOOPED down and nabbed the whole damned thing, roll n' all!
back to the stand for replacement (after I gobbled mine down) - then CAUTIOUS CONNIE ate her 2nd one!
them thar Gulls is 'reporting' status standings 'bout hotdogs real gud!
