When next winter does return,

Please remind me of how this summer I did burn,

Temps TOO high; humidity making me sweat,

This summer weather is making me regret…

 

 

 

When next winter, I do whine,

About the cold & staying inside confined,

Just smack me up side the head,

And of the HOT weather in summer me remind…

It's our nature to complain, Ed, "it's too hot" "it's too cold"....giggle there'll never be a happy medium...at least not here in eastern Canada.....However, it's certainly not too hot here...it's actually a little chilly...some days barely making 70 degrees farenheit...we've only had a couple of HOT days this summer....so far anyway.....

Both old Cousin TomKat and dear old Ma say you whine no matter the season, and they have both volunteered to smack you upside the head!!

Don't blame me for this heatwave, Ed, I didn't dood it! It was given to us. We don't want it. TRUST me. 21 consecutive days of 100 degrees plus days, no rain since mid-May ... know where all THAT went to. :) Well done, my roasty toasty friend!
