My voice & etc, ad infinitum…

Don't know what is humorous about this, but to a degree I seem to find it so...mayhaps you will too...

Poem Artwork

For today my voice seems to have returned,
Up till today it sounded as if my throat had been burned,
People asked if I was smoker,
Told them yes, sort of, but more of a toker,
Wish I had some now, for I feel like being a joker…

Damn but it’s warm in this here apartment,
Wanna turn on the A/C, but hesitate,
The temp outside is but sixty nine,
But the humidity is boiling at 83 percent,
This humidity must be from hell sent…

So for now my voice does seem back to normal,
It does seem at times it is out of the paranormal,
And then there are other times that it seems quite informal,
Sometimes I whisper, sometimes I choke,
Sometimes it’s so hard to take that toke…

I stayed in two apartments in two different places that made my sinuses run continuously the whole time I was inside. I'm certainly glad that I moved away from both of them after spending only a short time there. What I gather is, the first one was filled with plastics. The outgassing from either glues or polyvinyl chloride, was irritating my sinus cavities and causing a reaction (I have had a allergy test and found that I was and still am not allergic to all the usual allergies). The second apartment was sealed very tight for energy efficiency, but had the fan over the range and the fan in the bathroom wired on (there was no switch) because of high humidity inside (I heard it was from the stucco exterior drying, but it could've been plastics in the fake wood work, as well). Anyway, it didn't bother me when I slept and went away every time I left the building, but I think both of those apartment owners had trouble keeping tenants with that going on.

Everyone needs outside air. Perhaps you can find a way to just use a fan to get some of that 65° air instead of using the AC to clear the air. Pot smoke won't clear it…

Stand a little closer, Ed
And smile if you can
You'll feel much better when
The sh*t hits the fan! :-)

... at least the humidity helps to cool off the smoke somewhat even though it results in feeling hotter ... turn the AC on, Sir Ed ... turn it on ... you'll be ....
