Just for the fun of it...

“TEETH”

I have some of mine left,

          Most went with the dentist,

Usually when I am put to sleep,

          Gee, I like those medications,

             That make me sleep.

All my baby teeth were pulled,

Sans one, & the fairy left me 20 bucks for that,

Dad said it was cause he usually put out 100,

So the fairy thought I deserved it,

I didn’t care, as long as I had the money in hand.

I usually get them pulled, now that I am adult,

As root canal never lasts & forget lasers,

Always steer clear of the dentist chair,

For he always created in me a fear & I think that’s fair…

Ed, this good write about something that is a big concern. Hope it's not too bad.

I hated getting my teeth pulled so bad that I became very careful about taking the very best care of them, just so I wouldn't have to have any of my permanent ones pulled. This doesn't work for everyone though, but it does help some.

I am anal Annie about teeth. Mine are BEAUTIFUL because I hate them dentists :) My son just lost his first one a week ago now. I asked him how much the tooth fairy was going to give him. He looked at me and said,"Oh, 'bout 5 bucks!" ~~~ The price of inflation...lol. He got a dollar and some change. He's rich now. Loved this.

Thank You,
Emilie
