“MURMUR”

This is so small as your supposed to whisper,

That’s why the poem is called “murmur.

To whisper is to do so quietly,

Into ones ear or thereabouts,

Let us hope that person’s ear,

Does not look like yellow grout,

Ewww, get out…

To whisper is to murmur,

Per the Oxford Dictionary,
But the small print is making me think of,

Doing the hari-kari thing,

Don’t worry, only a poem, kinda like TV,

Nothing is real, everyone lies…

Wait, am I real or am I murmuring?

If I am not real, then I must be lying as well…?

Does any of this make any “cents”?

As I have thought that this might sell.

It’s been fun totally mixing you up,
