Break Time

Time for a break, but I keep writing, why can't I stop? LOL

Break Time…

Time to take a break,

Time to bring Rufuz in for a steak,

Or did I make a mistake,

And declare this time for a break,

When in reality, I am still writing,

But really, I must get up and move around,

As this seat is giving me a backache.

Yesterday I wrote little,

As I had a major headache,

Damn sinuses, but better than the flu,

And on that subject there is no doubt,

Cause having to deal with the flu,

Is more taxing than a bout,

With a heavyweight champ.

Okay, I know, I was going for a break,

Rufuz is waiting patiently outside for his walk,

Staring at the door,

Knowing I am only being a bore,

          Writing more…

Rufuz is like my Jack Russells. It would be just fine with them if I walked them all the time.
Best regards,
Leland
