A Bit of This, A Bit of That...(or how I cannot find my mind, as I must be blind)

Just rambling again...for the most part,

A BIT OF THIS, A BIT OF THAT…

(or, how I cannot find my mind, as I must be blind)

Again, I cannot find,

This soul mate of mine,

She is usually so kind,

She keeps track of herself,

To help me to feel less stressed,

She likes me when I am undressed,

But without knowing where she is,

It is hard to remain unstressed.

I cannot lose her altogether,

For that would make me feel light as a feather,

In my brain I would feel this and feathers,

Do tickle my mind and I am already wearing leather,

To combat the all encompassing cold,

That seems to be found only in this winter weather.

We are not looking forward to the late part of this week,

We will have to really give our heaters a big tweak,

As the cold is coming,

There is no sense in running,

For the cold will get ya’ in the night,

And that is no joke,

The temps are to go down around ten,

So what do we do then?

But to just suffer and live in our sweat pants & shirts, oh nerts.

Not sure what the hell,

I wrote this little ditty to tell,

Must have been something of importance,

Or was I about to try to sell,

You all on our plight in the night when it’s cold,

So here I sit again, writing,

Two days in a row,

This time of the cold, so biting.

Oh yes, we first discussed Rene’s lack of presence, of late,

Well, what the hay, I love her just the same, as she is of course,

                             MY SOULMATE…

                                                                                  (ED)

Way back then 2004 you and Rene. Don't give up now. She needs you too. You will find a job and keep her and Rufuz both happy. A specil treat for both them is in store soon. Rambling is o.k. once in a while, but when I saw that rope, I said, Oh no, he thinks he is at the end of the rope on your Tue July 08 poetry. Not no worse off than 2004 is it?
