Driving without intelligence is only a Maryland thing, so don't fret, this is not aimed at anyone...
DRIVING WITHOUT INTELLIGENCE… Cut me off, again, they did, Just like that of a kid, On his first driving day gig. Oops I missed my exit, Can’t turn around, For I have no idea as to where I am bound, In the end I know where I want to be, But if I get lost, I will never get there, can’t you see? Have to stay in the center land of traffic, I should have taken a train, Or possibly would have been better off on a plane, Then if I get lost, someone else I can blame. Maryland drivers are all DWI, I have no idea as to why, Oh, DWI, you ask? What does it mean? Well I would have thought it would be clear, That of the name of this poem, DWI equals Driving Without Intelligence, okay dear? So take my advice and stay away from Maryland, Driving there can be so dangerous, Unless of course, you have this wish to self-destruct… (ed)

DWI huh....sounds very familar....it must be contagious for some here in the South seem to have contracted the same disease...great write Ed.

i have lived and driven much in maryland...especially between silver springs and baltimore is horrid on the xway

not much better here in ky....a few flurries of snow one day and i saw an suv in a tree...tee hee

texas ws better...at least there, they drive wildly, but it's not on the roads!

OBVIOUSLY, dear friend, you HAVEN'T been to Dallas, Texas, during RUSH HOUR! YIKES! Or ANYWHERE in Texas, for that matter! Boy, talk about DUMB DRIVERS!! (NOT ALL Texas folk are dumb drivers; just the majority, it seems! Seems everyone is in a hurry, and when there's a wreck, EVERYONE has to see the show and see what is going on, which only further complicates traffic matters! OR get them on ice or snow; they must think they are competing for the Olympic Gold Medal in figure skating or ice dancing; too many accidents to count, making an already dangerous situation all the more interestin'..I'm sorry, but Texas folk do NOT know HOW to drive on ice or snow! I DO; I am from OHIO, for God's sake! LOL) (((HUGS))) and much love, your (SMART) Texas friend, Karen Lynn. :D Kinda' makes me glad I don't have a car now that I live in Texas! LOL
