MAC N’ CHEESE…etc
Like spaghetti & rice,
A main staple for life,
Especially when money is low,
I eat all three, chewing & swallowing slow,
Makes the meal seem like more,
They fill my tummy,
And leave on my face, such a glow.
I find it hard to fathom,
How families with kids,
Can make ends meet,
I mean, kids they eat,
And eat, and eat, and eat,
Seems their little bodies need a lot,
But if dad and mom are not,
Making much money,
Where does the food come from?
Anyway, I may be low on bread,
Oh, that’s money to you lowly bred,
But I can survive, & Rufuz has his Iams,
He actually has more snacks & food than I,
But I seem to live, quite well, if you look at my gut,
I just have to get out of this lack of money rut,
Maybe a part-time job on weekends for a bit,
Or stop getting, on certain nights, halfway lit,
As I get the munchies and eat myself out of house,
AND MOTORHOME…
