Mincemeat of the Mind...

This writers got alot of brain problems, mincemeat seems to be the only description I can give to that of my mind, beyond that of the last word in this poem...

MINCEMEAT OF THE MIND…

a pretty color I have picked for this poem,

only hope the den will permit it,

but either way, I try to say,

just how empty is that of my mind.

I may be able to swing a mean phrase,

both here and there, there and here,

but I am just playing right now,

trying to put something in the site,

cause if I don’t I just may or I just might,

not make it thru to the next night,

if that should occur,

my mind may not be able to find the light,

of day, or night, or passions blight,

whatever the f*** that means, wrong or right.

guess what I say herein is mostly lies,

from the “id” of ed but right now it only flies,

from one end of my mind to the other,

and that only does belie what ever it is I am trying to here accomplish,

so to end this, another weird one,

I need to find something that rhymes with “ish”,

Ah yes, I can now end as I have something that rhymes,

and it seems to go perfect with that of the mincemeat in my mind,

that of how much my brain seems to resemble jellyfish…

Sometimes you just gotta' write, even when you don't feel like it or want to! (It doesn't always work that way for me; I just look to the Lord, and He helps me; this is how I write! LOL Mebbe you could do the same...couldn't hurt! Or maybe you could look to Buddha and ask for his advice on how to tackle this nagging road block problem you are having...Wouldn't hurt! LOL There's just GOTTA be a solution to your problem!) Hope your road blocks are lifted soon; and then you can write with reckless abandon again, like you've done before!

Good write, anyway; enjoyed!

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :D
