Middle age is when your medicine chest is stocked better than your liquor cabinet... *Pam Brown*

Longevity…

old age approaches before we realize it,

it sneaks up from behind, starting that part to sag,

it comes when we least expect,

then we kinda look like an old bag,

don’t look at me as I surely do lag,

as old as an old mattress without the tag…

senior citizen discount I surely get, every now and then,

Hey I am only 49, well I was a while ago,

ok, so I am a bit older than that now,

but I really don’t look it, do I?

Well, are you gonna answer me, you old cow?

Better than hissing at me just give me a “meow”,

For guys look better than gals, no makeup, yes, that’s how…

went to the doctor today, my stomach it is stressed,

bleeding to a very small degree, they had me undress,

reminded me to eat “right”,

what for one is right, for another is wrong,

the same old never-ending song,

of woe and the whine, doc, just give me a pill,

so that I can eat what I want till,

my body gives up its ghost and just lets me die, it kills…

Ed, do some more meditation & exercise, you will find,

that you will experience much more time,

longevity will come if you eat better & take care,

to not tear out your stomach with popcorn, beware!

Ed, rowing helps.

Cut the engine on your sailing motorhome - and start paddling! By the time you get to Europe - you'll be a young pup again!!
