Made it home alive, proves that my prediction does not hold water...

“My Premonition Machine Must be on the Blink”

Well, I made it home alive,

Proves that the prediction I made,

Holds no water,

Or surely I would have drowned…

But drove the 200 miles & 4 hours with extra caution,

Was so tired through out my short ordeal,

And an ordeal it was, as I was not prepared for a drive,

I had the day off for the holiday,

Was to stay at home in my hive…

So here I am back, and you all worried so,

So nice of you to do so, but you all know me,

If I were to run into water, I would have had to row,

But did the run nonetheless, albeit just bit slow…

~*~ Ed !!! My dear brother! I am so happy to see you back! Yes ... I was very worried! I think you were intuiting the looming global and environmental extinction as well as your own mortality. And, you may have been a bit exhausted and run down at the time... and maybe a bit of potent Hawaiian bud after~effects on your tired body and self at the time. {bad trip} Thank you for this Great Poem... telling us all that you are still with us!

I just read your new private message to me, and I have replied to it on your private message board. Ed... {giggle} you don't need a Blog... you use your Poetry section as a Blog. You are very clever, because you are the only one who gets reviews on their 'Blog' when you have it in your Poetry section! Regular Blogs here can't be reviewed. You are thus in constant communication with us all! So many persons think of the Poetry section in a 'formal' sense... ~*~
