Another Crazy Old Loon

More from the room of my choice, my rubber room in the academy of the moon...

“ANOTHER CRAZY OLD LOON”

The sign on the door of my rubber room,

But if they catch Kate quite soon,

The sign it won’t be there on my room,

They will give it to her, as she is crazier,

Than the smiling man in the moon…

Its not that I mind being the crazy old loon,

I kinda got a status here at the academy of the moon,

They leave me alone, and as long as they keep me in tune,

Keeping me full of drugs and allowing me to watch the cartoons,

I will stay here in my rubber room and won’t want to leave too soon…

I guess if I was asked, “What do you miss the most?

I would have to say that of the ocean and the dunes,

But I can imagine still, quite well, from my rubber cocoon,

What got me here you ask? Well, my last memory was that of,

The night of my marriage, we were on our honeymoon,

And it seems that my new wife turned into such a goon,

As I tried to squirm away, she attacked me & I guess I just swooned…

Oh hey, don’t pity me as I still have friends,

I have this friend who visits me at night,

He comes to my window even thought it is up a few flights,

His name is Rackets, well that is what he said,

Who am I to disbelieve him, he is my friend, he is a raccoon…

I also have relatives, but they live pretty far,

On the right side of the planet Neptune, the left side is full of tar,

I read a great deal too, there is Summerfield, Kostro & then there is Kate…

All three are there for me, yes they make,

My time here so much more interesting,

But to be honest I really crave that of the Neptune Tribune,

So full of raucous humor and Neptunian lampoonian…

So I hope to see Kate here, unless she admits to her craziness,

Thereby being put on probation, I should have done that,

But once you have tasted the meat of man,

One can never go back to eating just ham…

No one can ever say I quoted myself as sane :-) Hey, what do you expect from a lady in a country where they use loonie coins for trades needed? You think I'm insane, just check out our government LOL.
