Wracking My Brain...(what little is left)

This we all get at times,
I know, so bear with me,
I will pull thru,
I will come back,
With flying colors,
Mostly black & blue...

WRACKING MY BRAIN…

   (WHAT LITTLE IS LEFT)

My brain is truly empty, it has been drained,

For some reason since the computer broke,

I feel so little desire, and it seems so much strain,

Just to keep on going, to keep in gear my brain,

I was once filled with literally tons of ideas,

Now there is but a trickle of my previous flood,

What am I to write about, what can I put to paper?

I take Rufuz for a walk; usually I see many things,

Just to help to start, I drive to the shore, nothing there either,

What happened to me in the past few days; did my brain fart?

Even getting high gives me no interest, only feeling down,

Seems to have been happening often, it just seemed to start…

I guess I should take that of my anti-depressants, thought need them I didn’t,

The write was my anti-depressant, the desire my drink to wash it down,

I cannot seem to stop crying, of late, what is wrong with me, where am I bound?

I see something that reminds me of past enjoyment, I cry,

I watch the kids outside today, cleaning my yard, I cry,

I do it in private, not to let anyone see, anyone asks, my answer is allergies…

Oh screw this feeling of drudge,

I will take my pills and pull myself out of the sludge,

Maybe a nice chocolate ice cream with hot fudge will help?

What the hell couldn’t hurt, besides that of my mid-drift bulge…?
