Stretching at home is as simple as 1, 2, 3.
Simply repeat each movement...
any time you feel free.
Turn your head to 9 o'clock... stretch.
Turn your head to 3 o'clock... stretch.
Turn your head to 12 o'clock... stretch.
Turn your head to 6 o'clock... stretch.
Rotate your head clockwise.
Rotate your head counterclockwise.
Shrug your shoulders.
Try to join your shoulder blades.
Reach for the moon.
Bow to the sun.
C'mon baby let's the do the twist...
first to your left...
then to you right.
Bend to touch your left toe.
Bend to touch your right toe.
Take a deep breath through the nose.
Exhale throgh the mouth.
With eyes wide open...
stand tall...
and go forth unto the world...
for the rest of your life.
And that... is a stretch.
John,
I got pooped just reading this...
I do get my daily exercise though. I build up my arms raising my Captain and Coke, and build up my legs in the rocking-recliner...:)
This is a fun read.
I believe that was Bill Haley and the Comets, Ron.
I stretched with you, John, but gave up on doing the rest. I believe that would work up a sweat and this 100 degree weather we are having does that without me moving a muscle.
When I read this, all I could think about was Elvis when he sang, "1 o'clock, 2 o'clock, 3 o'clock rock… We are gonna rock around the clock tonight… Gonna rock, rock until broad daylight."
Makes me feel tired. I think I'll go sit for a spell in my Flexaciser and let it exercise me.
Five titles in one book for 40% of the combined price!
Beware of Abusive Behavior is good for anyone who may suspect they are in or about to enter into an abusive relationship.
