Having a fit.

Body by Joe

To maintain this aging, slim, trim figure at all times
I attend a fitness class at our senior center.
This is done three times weekly...
very weakly.
It is my chance to socialize and work out with
other seniors who don't have the discipline
to do it at home.
Our facilitator is a trainer by the name of Joe.
He helps us work on stuff older people do.
We do... but we do not over do.
That would hurt.
We sit... we stand... we reach... we stretch... we bend...
while trying to keep our balance.
After all...
at our age...
who wants to fall?
I like to stand tall and flex my millions
of mini muscles.
 It drives the chicks wild.
I refer to it as my...
Body by Joe.

This is so cute, John! It's good to see someone who does his best with what God gives him.

Thanks for the hearty laugh! It's so good to see that you have the opportunity to exercise and socialize with the help of a facilitator. So many don't. For me to get dressed and go somewhere where I would have such an experience would require great effort on the part of my helpers, so I bought an exercise machine that gives me a good workout (I don't do anything while it pedals my feet about 15 mph and moves my arms back and forth synchronized with my legs for 30 minutes a day… Good for circulation and muscle tone.

As a result, like you, my highly toned body is a chick magnet… Especially if I hire them to take care of me. ;-)
