Lily, I saw you this morning… Hanging on my calendar, you said hello. Even though, your tiny frame hurt ever so. They say you have cancer and entered remission. You continue to hope and pull through submission, Displaying your blind faith and playful acceptance, Never knowing if tomorrow will make its entrance. Or will a sheet cover your sparkling eyes, Carrying you forth, on heavenly rides …
