Just one more thought for today

I Wonder What Heaven Is Like

I wonder what Heaven is like
as I struggle to survive,
a place from which we came
where our souls forever thrive.
I imagine living waters
what can that possibly mean,
maybe God wants me to hope
for things I've never seen.
That's what keeps me going
and helps me understand loss,
the reason life exists
the purpose of the cross.
By his grace my sins are forgiven
I believe my mansion awaits,
I'll never harbor anger
nor understand hate.
Maybe I was chosen
my light was sent to reveal
a child of God to spread the news
that heaven is for real.

Heaven is for real and is promised to be a beautiful place.
(just not sure if I can survive endless happiness?)

Thanks for sharing.

Ron I live with the hope that one day I will be with my mother again. I have to believe
in heaven. I love my life and my family but like a rose withers and dies unfortunately our earthly bodies do as well. What do we have if we chose to not believe in heaven?

I live in the land of plenty, milk and honey, and want for nothing. I believe I'm living in heaven right now. Can't think of a better place I'd rather be. What about you?

We all hope to reach heaven which God has promised us if we believe in Him and live accordingly.

I thought and read much about life after death and Heaven, after my beautiful husband died...I am convinced without the shadow of a doubt that Heaven exists, and we live on...for we are energy, and therefore cannot 'die'...
I love your words in this delightful poem...thank you for this gift this lovely Spring morning(here in UK)....
Love, Diana....

Yes, your poem was full of GREAT poetic hopeful thoughts. Heaven is real and unfortunately so is that dark place. Our inheritance today can be found in GAL 3:13 until the end of the chapter. Understand what is yours from our Father in Heaven and you will be blessed beyond your wildest dreams. Amen!

God always give us what we need, but not what we want. What we want we have to work for it.

Keep writing and spreading your lovely wings. God has put us all here on earth for a purpose. Thanks Kathy!!!
