I am so proud to be a child of God!
Proud to be a child of God! My words come from the depths of my soul Every Step Of The Way You picked me up when I stumbled carried my wounded soul, my broken heart you mended when I gave up you never let go. Loving me like no other unconditionally from afar, my glimmering flicker of hope the bright and shining star. You know me like no other will my heart is yours alone, grant me peace on earth until you call me home. I know my mansion awaits and ones who've gone before me, stand at the pearly gates with open arms in heaven I'll see. Today is a precious treasure tomorrow may never be mine, thank you for the gift of my life as I count my blessings time after time. In a few simple lines a verse or two, I give you my heart because I believe in you. Help me to walk in your footsteps today, making you proud every step of the way.
