I posted this poem, deleted it and made a few changes. I am a Christian and this comes from the heart. I pray I offend no one. These words are in me and I felt I needed to share them tonight.
Don't Lose Who You Are Don't lose who you are let no one come between, your relationship with Christ, follow your dreams. Reach for heaven see through Satan's wrath, your presence is a gift do your best to follow God's path. When the shadow of your life fades like yesterday, and the sun sets in the sky you'll be remembered just that way. Don't lose who you are never give in, on earth we're not perfect but we will be in heaven. Written By Kathy J Parenteau Copyright © 06/19/2014

The title alone is an affirmation of who you are. I also take no offense but would only caution you not to place your "belief" elsewhere when you have such a strong belief in yourself.

Nothing offensive here, Kathy.
But Christians are not perfect either

684 years of horrendous terror they brought.

Well done Kathy:
Offensive, this is NOT! Your not cutting someones head off like the Christian persecutors. Now that is not only offensive. It's barbaric!
If we are not speaking out and not saying what is truth then these barbaric tactics would be somewhat effective. However, you are BRAVE Christian Soldier in the Army of Love and Hope for all.
