I still chase her.
She was born of wave and foam Her hair tossed by wind, Swirled thrice around earth Her voice became a spar, To the hopes of drowning men Approaching the end of days But to the bards of rhyme, She became the endless song For which they lived and died Hidden in her opalescent eyes - The treasure of a thousand dreams Now rise to touch the dawn
