delight of a rainbow

The gallery of dark clouds disappear
The drizzle ends. A rainbow appears!
This burst of beauty gleams and glows
As all its colors the sunlight shows
The sky explodes without a sound
Wet earth erupts with joy unbound
Then gently fades this wondrous glow
This calm, delightful heavenly show.
