Venus is seen in the eastern sky Placed there before the dawn Regular daily service to heavens Morning’s approaching us listen Dreams set down on wrinkled silk Driven to touch upon morning light Breathe and bones snap at arrival This day brilliant as a beginning Wonders where man will take it Birds frightened to break such silence Earth moves at the suns warm touch Trees ache at the moaning darkness God’s creation begins at day’s birth Words aren’t meant to voice here yet Wildlife respects this awesome descent Moon and stars are put down to rest This moment here is truly blessed All souls vibrate to this Morning quest
