Here in this glade of grace
True love resides in dazzling light
The warlord and his pagan girl
United in a timeless world
Designed by Heaven's will
Jasmine , Honeysuckle and Clematis adorn
The arch to Paradise's door
Saint and angel sing in ryme
Bathed in golden hue
Devotion and Fidelity
Mirrored in their eyes
Sacred souls enjoined by God
Merged forever more
Illuminated glorious glow
Enchanted secret door

Strolling through the glade of pleasure
The warlord and his bride in love
Jasmine and Camelia flower
Orchids and roses in splendid show
Magical moonbeams drifting from above
Two silohuettes enjoined as one
Veil of sacred mystery surrounds
Two angels special and chosen
Fastened together , forever true

Tenderly locked
In kisses of bliss
Hearts eternally entwined
Through the mists of time
Sanctified love
Brilliant as a rainbow bow
Sweethearts consecrated
By heaven's holy vow
Waterfalls of sweet assurances
Spill and bubble
Around this haven
Marvels of blessings
Fountains of promises
This glade of love exists
For them alone

Mysterious and magical
The warlord and his bride
Created for each other
Before time began
Betrothed to the divine
On holy mission supreme
Lost in the raptures
Of mystical design
Bonded as one
Marked with devotion
Sealed with passion
Enamored with desire
Mated and merged
Happy ever more

Peter, an exceptionally well-penned composition, which illustrates that the perfect union between two people can never be ripped apart by mere mortal man. After all it was divine intervention, which brought sanctified love to them in the first place. It also reminded me of “Beauty and the Beast.” Well-done my friend. Take care and be well.

Just adore these writes, Peter. The sacred and the profane merged and melded in a mystical union. Ours is a big, big God and nothing is outside of His love and redemption. Let not man call "unholy" that which He calls "holy"; His wisdom is beyond our understanding. He is the Lord of the whole of heaven and earth. TY for another epic write. LOL Kate xx
