A note: Some of you may have missed the premise of this piece...The herd is a metaphor for doomsayers with their heads buried so deep in the sands of dogma that all they care about is the hereafter and don't realize or appreciate the greatest gift of all...life.

But no It is not written in the ancient Moo Moo texts Hence, the herd retreats ‘The end is near’ they preach and so it is as they are led to slaughter
