Sounds like good sleeping weather. Get lots of rest then you'll have to get up and cut the lawn the next day. LOL. But isn't it worth it. I love the rain. Nice weather poem.

Mary we have had nothing but rain. The last T-Storm we had the dog barked at it all night. Don't need any more of those soon.

lets trade...we've had rain, and rain, and rain...apparently it is a long spring in the PNW, and we enjoyed a wonderful thunder storm a few days back

Be glad for the moisture; I'm afraid we've just entered into our long, dry, hot summer season: in the nineties today with a hot wind blowing. ICH! I HATE hot weather!! Wonderful writing, MaryGrace; brava!

Glad to hear about the rain...I remember the drought here last year, rain sure was a welcomed sight! We've had thunderstorms here today also...great write my friend with wonderful imagery!
