I travel in my mind a lot .

I’m not sure how it works .

But all I need is a thought

I’m away with lots of perks .

It’s quick and free

No cost involved

Come with me and you will see

Peace and quiet , problem solved .

Now let’s find a quiet spot

Away from daily strife

Nice and cool , not too hot .

We can sit and examine life .

Close your eyes , yes relax .

Release the tension , head to toe .

Breathe deep to the max .

Slowly let that old stress go .

Now focus on that special place

We all have in our minds .

Where skies are blue with quiet space .

White fluffy clouds all shapes and kinds .

Feel the cool air on your face

As we frolic in the sky

Free from worry , that hectic race.

Travel anywhere! We can fly !!
